refund policy


Vizero.com does its outmost to provide our users with the best service; however, should a member be dissatisfied with our service, a refund can be requested as set forth below.

We believe in the rights of the consumer and as such, being based in the United Kingdom, we abide by the Consumer Protection Regulations. In short, by law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item/service is delivered (the "cooling-off period"). This applies to all of our products except for digital items (eg: digital images) where the item has been downloaded. For further guidance, we suggest visiting ConsumerDirect. Please read further for the refund policy for each of the services we provide.

As mentioned above, we do not provide refund on digital images once they have been downloaded. If, however, you find the downloaded digital image file corrupt or do not succeed in fully downloading the file, we would be happy to arrange other means to provide you with the file (e.g. e-mail). Just contact us quoting your date of birth, username (which was confirmed by us during your registration), the Payment ID and name of file you have problems downloading, and we will be happy to arrange other means.

The one exception is if you have not attempted to download the image during the seven (7) days subsequent to paying to access it and request a refund during this period. We will then refund you the fee for access the specific file minus an administration processing charge (at most 10% of the original fee), and cancel your access to that file.

upgrade of space
Contact us quoting your date of birth, username (which was confirmed by us during your registration), and the Payment ID, within seven (7) work days of purchasing more space, and we will process a refund for the fee you spent, minus an administration processing charge (at most 10% of the original fee).

Once the refund has been processed, your account will return to its state prior to the payment for the upgraded space.

activation of assignment
Provided the activated assignment has not expired prior to your request for a refund and you claim the refund within seven (7) work days of activating the assignment, we can provide you with a refund. Just contact us quoting your date of birth, username (which was confirmed by us during your registration), and the Payment ID, and we will process a refund for the fee you spent, minus an administration processing charge (at most 10% of the original fee).

Once the refund has been processed, your account will return to its state prior to the payment for the activation of the assignment.


For all refunds, we will endeavour to pay the refund to our members as soon as possible and guarantee this will be within a maximum of thirty (30) working days from when it was requested.
